ICAP Executive Search , on behalf of its client, one of the leading PR and communication agencies in Greece , is looking for a Communications Strategy Manager / Planner to join their team.

Communications Strategy Manager / Planner (5688/CSM/ESS/GR)

Main Responsibilities:
Research and analysis of sectors and sectors' trends as well as market and audience insights to form communications proposals

Develop the strategic approach and positioning, key messaging and actions for corporate communications plans

Prepare engaging presentations and proposals for new business pitches and current clients

Collaborate with clients and the company’s in-house departments to develop successful 360o communication strategies

Prepare briefs for the in-house creative and digital departments for the preparation of engaging proposals

Participate in presentations and proposal pitching.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in the communications' sector; experience in corporate communications and strategy/new business

University degree in Social Studies, Communications or Marketing / PR desirable

Postgraduate studies in communication not necessary but will be considered a plus

Excellent communication and writing skills (Greek and English)

PC literate, proficient in MS Office

Outstanding PR and communication skills

Strong desktop research skills

Strategic, analytical thinking and awareness of current affairs

A creative mind is a must, partnered with problem solving ability

Exceptional verbal, writing and presentation development skills

Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize deliverables and work under pressure within tight deadline
