As a Czech Speaking Account Support Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for our clients, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent account support to Czech-speaking clients through various communication channels
- Address customer inquiries promptly and ensure accurate and efficient issue resolution
- Build and maintain strong relationships by providing tailored support
- Stay informed about our products and services to assist clients effectively
- Document client interactions and feedback for ongoing improvement
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the quality of service
- Engage in training and development opportunities to expand your skills
- Fluent in Czech(spoken and written) with strong communication skills
- Proficient in English for effective collaboration with the team
- Experience in account support or a similar role preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills to handle diverse client inquiries
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a commitment to client satisfaction
