As a Czech Speaking Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for Czech-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality support to Czech-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) and proficiency in English for effective communication.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
