Czech Speaking Customer Support Agent - Remote in Greece (Relocation Package Included!)

As a Czech Speaking Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for Czech-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your fluency in Czech and dedication to exceptional service will be vital in building customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality support to Czech-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure prompt resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes.
- Stay informed about company products and services to provide the best support.
- Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) and proficiency in English for effective communication.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
