As a Czech Speaking IT/Customer Service Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, helping them navigate their technical inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience with our state-of-the-art products and services.
Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to Czech-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Technical Assistance: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to various products, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions.
• Product Expertise: Stay informed about the latest technology products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and improve overall service delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Dutch and a strong command of English for effective communication.
• Technical Background: Previous experience in IT support or customer service, preferably in a technology-focused environment.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in an easily understandable way.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
