Digital Marketing Lead

As we prepare to launch operations, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to join our Marketing team. This role will play a crucial part in shaping our marketing technology stack and our growth and optimization efforts for our mobile app. Our ideal candidate is an ambitious, results-oriented Growth Marketer who will develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Lead the marketing technology strategy of snappi. Organize the setup of digital marketing tracking, attribution, measurement & analytics capabilities.
- Develop data-driven digital & performance marketing strategies across digital channels, including but not limited to Google, Meta, and Tik Tok, with a strong focus on performance mobile marketing strategies to drive user acquisition.
- Utilize martech capabilities, leverage attribution models and analytics to optimize user journeys & conversion paths.
- Optimize digital marketing channels, including mobile advertising, SEM, automations, landing pages, to maximize reach and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Product, Data, to align strategies.
- Manage digital marketing agency and overview the day-to-day workload.
- Manage budget allocation across digital channels to maximize ROI.
- Generate actionable insights, business cases and reports to engage leadership team and support decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Mathematics, or related field. Master’s degree and/or relevant certifications is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in mobile marketing and martech.
- Hands-on with performance marketing and the best practices and growth tactics to optimize ROI -proficient in in utilizing Google, Meta, Tik Tok, landing pages.
- Technical skills: Skilled in tracking and attribution, with the ability to collaborate with engineering to troubleshoot issues and discrepancies. Strong overall martech capabilities and familiarity with attribution models, analytics, tracking, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, data-driven, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, extract insights, and optimize performance and conversion rates.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership team.
- Highly motivated, proactive, innovative, and results-oriented with a passion for growth.
- Experience in the fintech sector is a strong plus.
