Soft One is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our talented team.

Your Role:
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all our brands. This role requires a strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to marketing, who can effectively plan and execute campaigns while monitoring the performance of our digital agencies.

Your contribution to the success of the team

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives for all brands within the group
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and support brand awareness
Manage and coordinate with external digital agencies, ensuring they meet KPIs and deliver high-quality results
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content across various digital platforms
Manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across different channels and campaigns
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, implementing innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge

Your Qualifications & Skills

Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign management
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree highly appreciated)
Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools)
Outstanding project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing agency relationships

Nice to have:
Experience in managing multiple brands simultaneously
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms
Familiarity with CRM systems
Experience in e-commerce marketing
Certifications in relevant digital marketing areas (e.g., Google Ads, Hub Spot, Facebook Blueprint)
