ICAP Executive Search & Selection on behalf of its client, a leader in Facility Management Services industry , is seeking to hire an experienced E lectrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer in the Maintenance Department .

Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (5721/ME/ESS/GR)

Responsibilities

Inspection and cost estimation of electrical and related construction works.

Communication with suppliers, subcontractors, engineers, designers.

Determination of technical specifications and job requirements.

Drafting of financial and technical proposals.

Preparation of tender documents.

Preparation of supplier and subcontractor contracts.

Preparation and collection of documents for work certification.

Remote management of construction and maintenance teams to resolve issues and meet deadlines.

Preparation of technical reports for project execution.

Ensuring high-quality work is achieved within the specifications and the project budget.

Qualifications

University or Technical Institution graduate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

At least 4 years of experience in managing small-scale maintenance and construction projects.

Excellent knowledge of English.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

Good knowledge of Auto CAD.

Attention to detail and precision.
