Soft One is looking for an experienced ERP Consultant to join our talented team.
Your contribution to the success of the team
- Partner support via telephone / email / e-ticket
- Respond to partner issues
- Assist partners with implementation and training of Soft1 ERP
- Analyze and report product malfunctions
- Collect requirements, analyze businesses, and execute process workshop
- Desired previous work experience as an ERP / Support Consultant in accounting applications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or relevant field
- Very good knowledge of ERP software, especially knowledge of Softone ERP will be considered as a strong asset
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer – oriented skills
- Very good command of English language
