We are looking for a German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team and assist customers with financial transactions and inquiries. This fully remote role is based in Greece, offering the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home while providing top-tier support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist German-speaking customers with inquiries regarding transactions, account issues, and payment solutions.
Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless experience for all clients.
Handle sensitive information and maintain a high level of confidentiality and security.
Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.

Requirements:

Fluency in German (both written and spoken) and proficiency in English.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
