We are currently looking to expand our product management team with an eager, cooperative, goal-focused Junior Product Manager.

You will be an ambassador for the products . You help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a consumer base. You will be involved in the development of the product range. You take part in a complete marketing experience, as you are involved in every facet of the product's journey . This means you work with a cross-functional team across sales, corporate communications, webmasters, and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

What you will focus on:
Work closely with the Product Managers to support the implementation of product vision and strategy

Support the product lifecycle management, from development to launch to growth to saturation and eventually end of life

Responsible for the Product Master Data, ie populate, maintain and develop the product database (Tech specs, USPs, etc)

Implement road maps and hold end to end responsibility of plans’ efficient delivery against KPIs

Build extensive knowledge of market trends, customer needs, as well as key competitors

Closely monitor products’ performance (KPIs) –including during all promotional activities, evaluate the outcomes and make proposals or/and mitigating actions accordingly

Assist in managing our product catalogue

Contribute to the development and implementation of promotions and BTL campaigns, in direct cooperation with the Marketing team

Report directly to the Head of Product Management

You are the one we are looking for, if you have:
1-2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the retail sector

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing;

MBA will be considered a plus Excellent command of the English language; additional foreign language will be considered a plus

Knowledge of MS Office , especially MS Excel
