Leadership & Development Training Coordinator

The company offers the opportunity to those who wish to express interest in the position of ‘ Leadership & Development Training Coordinator’ , for its premises in Mavres Petres. The position will be reported to the Training Manager of the Training department.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work closely with functional areas in a consultative manner, to perform training needs analysis and determine how/if a learning solution will close a performance gap either alone or in conjunction with other non-learning interventions.
- Collaborate with Talent Management team to ensure training offers for HG talent pool.
- Design, review and update training curricula and tools.
- Reviewing and edit curricula and other tools created by consultants and external partners to ensure consistent quality, content, methodologies, approach, and style.
- Prepare and update the annual training plan with department managers.
- Track and report on training outcomes and effectiveness.
- Assess training impact on employee skills and KPIs.
- Conduct training needs analysis for leadership and soft skills.
- Ensure employees training records are maintained as per standard.
- Stay updated on industry trends and standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Certified Professional in Training Management is a plus
- Proven experience in leadership development and soft skills training, preferably within a similar industry.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated proficiency in program design and curriculum development, incorporating adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English languages.
- Very good computer knowledge of MS Office.
- Driving License.
