• Overviewing and organizing the talent development process, by identifying high potential talents, creating talent pools, establishing assessment centers and defining specific development paths for Hi Pos
• Analyzing data to propose specific learning paths for each team, role, and level, facilitating succession planning and converting outcomes into actionable steps
• Facilitating and organizing the efficient implementation of 360-feedback process
• Supporting the performance management process by setting up the system, coordinating participants, and providing user support throughout each stage
• Developing statistical reports for all steps of the performance management lifecycle, identifying areas of concern and proposing actions to improve efficiency
• Designing training plans, creating training materials, and refining course content based on user feedback
• Promoting L&D initiatives by creating engaging communication materials like posts, images, and infographics

• BSc in Business Administration or other relevant field
• MSc in Human Resources will be preferred
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in L&D operations in large complex organizations
• Knowledge of L&D tools (LCMS, HRMS, etc.)
• Very good knowledge of performance management system and practices
• Very good knowledge of training, development and talent management process and methods
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish credibility with stakeholders
• High level of integrity while handling confidential material
• Flexible & adaptable personality with strong decision-making skills and attention to detail
• Teamwork and cooperation spirit
• Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as presentation skills, both in English and Greek language
Proficient MS Office user (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word)
