Job Description
As Ops Director, you will be responsible for achieving results and operational goals across multiple lines of business.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

• Partner with corporate resources to align global leadership strategies and technology solutions.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify performance needs, develop and implement strategies and tactics.
• Facilitate the resolution of process and operational issues through cross-functional partnerships.
• Work effectively with consultants, vendors, and professional resources to enhance organizational capability.
• Ensure that the site in Athens and the supported lines of business deliver on KPIs and critical operational expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement by optimizing efficiencies.
• Drive the optimization of learning technology tools.
• Be responsible for achieving results and operational goals across multiple lines of business.
• Identify solutions and initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Provide leadership and development to the leadership development team, including hiring, performance management, and terminations of team members.
• Manage highly escalated issues requiring communication at all levels of leadership.
• Manage the utilization of technology to link leadership learning initiatives to performance.
• Build capability by developing a strategy to support the design, customization, and delivery of leadership development programs.

Targeted Qualifications

• Fluency in English Language, C1/C2 level.
• Min 5-10 years of experience in Saa S/B2B Sales – BPO at Executive level – Must Have!
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to effectively deal with conflict and highly sensitive situations
• Possess contract negotiation capabilities to help build potential partnerships
• User knowledge of database systems.
• Knowledge and sensitivity to diversity issues in training.
• Able to bring staff and key influencers together to work in harmony.
• Experienced presenter/ facilitator familiar with principles of adult learning.
• Ability to analyze results of behavioral assessment tools.
• Strong consulting and influencing skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
