We are looking for a Porsche Center Manager who shares our passion for luxury sport cars based in Thessaloniki.

In this position you will be called to:
Lead staff by establishing and measuring goals and expectations and providing guidance in order to ensure development of skills

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and service strategies aimed at achieving and surpassing revenue and sales targets

Regularly monitor sales performance metrics, taking corrective actions as needed and reporting progress to senior management

Foster a customer-focused environment, ensuring the dealership consistently delivers exceptional experiences at every touchpoint as well as effective customer service processes, addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally

Track key financial metrics such as gross profit margins, inventory turnover, and operating expenses, making strategic decisions to optimize performance

Streamline dealership and facility operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize resource utilization

Establish and maintain best practices for inventory management, pricing strategies, and facility upkeep

Collaborate with the importer team to design and execute successful sales, marketing, and aftersales initiatives

The ideal candidate needs to possess:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)

3 – 5 years of proven experience in automotive dealership management with experience in P&L responsibility, preferably in high-end brands

Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading and developing teams

Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills both in the Greek and English language
