ICAP Executive Search , on behalf of its client, a multinational group in building materials industry with a long-standing reputation for excellence, is seeking for an experienced Quality Supervisor for the Concrete division.

Quality Supervisor – Concrete (Ref. 5695/QSC/ESS/GR)

Role Overview:
This is a role for a professional with strong background in concrete and building materials , ready to make an impact in a global leader in the industry.

He/she will be located in Athens head offices and lead the quality control efforts, ensuring the superior quality of concrete across the strategic regions of Crete and Peloponnese , working closely with diverse teams, and driving innovation in concrete technologies .

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the activities of the Quality Coordinators and on-site Concrete Technicians in Crete and Peloponnese, ensuring consistency and excellence in every step of the production process.

Organize and optimize the operations of the central laboratory, enhancing both productivity and quality.

Implement and monitor comprehensive Concrete Quality Control protocols for the regions of Crete and Peloponnese, in line with Greek Concrete Regulations and global best practices.

Develop and refine advanced concrete mix designs to meet project-specific needs, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.

Collaborate with project engineers and construction teams to deliver outstanding concrete solutions that exceed client expectations.

Ensure the strict application of the company’s quality policy and drive adherence to ISO 9001 certification standards, participating in the management of quality documents.

Analyze and evaluate self-auditing data, identifying key areas for improvement, and champion initiatives to guarantee optimum use of constituents in complying with applicable rules.

Support the development of innovative concrete solutions, contributing to the company’s leadership in the market.

Promote and enforce the highest H&S standards, ensuring policies and initiatives are properly implemented at his/her area of responsibility.

Candidate’s Profile:
Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

Extensive experience in the building materials sector, particularly in concrete production and quality control.

In-depth knowledge of Greek Concrete Regulations and the latest trends in concrete technology.

Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record in managing and motivating technical teams.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset focused on innovation and continuous improvement.

Ability to communicate effectively and build trust with clients.

A commitment to excellence in quality and safety standards, with a hands-on approach to ensuring results.
