Who we are:
Principia is a producer and developer of renewable energy projects in Greece. The business manages a diversified portfolio of wind, solar, hydropower and integrated battery storage technologies to help accelerate Greece’s transition to a cleaner and more sustainable future. As of March 2024, its portfolio consists of 59 plants under operation with a total installed capacity of 482MW, and an additional 7 solar parks under development with a total capacity of 95MW.
Principia was established in March 2024 by its shareholders, Enel Sp A and by a fund managed by Macquarie Asset Management, having previously begun operations in 2008 as part of Enel Green Power in Greece.
Responsibilities
Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while keeping messages when colleagues are not available
Coordinate email flow in and out of office, file invoices and sort bank account statements
Welcome and guide guests. Keep record book of visitors
Grant protocol numbers for received or sent documents
Perform basic bookkeeping and clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
Handle the office supplies, monthly food vouchers, access control and canteen needs
Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff for the proper functioning of meeting rooms and other areas
Support other departments in various tasks
Ad Hoc requests
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Fluency in English
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Solid communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
