ICAP Executive Search on behalf of its client, a leading provider of high-quality educational programs and member of a multinational Group of Companies with presence in most of the major cities across the country, dedicated to empowering students to achieve their academic and career goals, is seeking for a talented Sales Director North Greece to drive their sales efforts and contribute to their mission and sales strategy implementation.

Sales Director - Northern Greece (Ref. 5606/SM/ESS/GR)

Profile:
The Sales Director N.Greece will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies to promote the educational programs and drive revenue growth. You will be leading a team of sales professionals and implement effective sales tactics to expand their reach and impact in the education industry.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.

Lead, coach and mentor a high-performing sales team, to optimize their performance and exceed sales objectives.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Identify new business opportunities and develop partnerships to expand their presence in the education market.

Analyze market trends, competitive landscape and customer feedback to form sales strategies and program development initiatives.

Collaborate with marketing and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and presentations for senior management to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree will be highly appreciated.

Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the education industry or generally in services.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office 365 applications. Familiarity with ERP and CRM software

Proficient in both Greek and English languages

Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve results.

Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex data and market trends.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners.

Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth.
