Iaponiki S.A., a leading company in the independent automotive Aftermarket in Greece, with a nationwide network of stores and international collaborations, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Excellence Supervisor , based in Pallini, Attica:

Main Responsibilities:
Analyze current sales processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

Monitor, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

Collaborate with the sales leadership to design and deliver training programs aimed at improving sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.

Ensure the sales team has access to and is effectively using the appropriate sales tools, CRM systems, and reporting tools to enhance efficiency.

Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to align strategies and improve the overall sales process.

Provide accurate sales forecasts, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement in sales strategies and customer engagement.

Provide ongoing coaching to sales staff, helping them overcome obstacles and improve their selling techniques.

Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to guide the sales strategy.

Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, progress, and areas for improvement to senior management.

Ensure the sales team complies with internal policies and industry regulations.

Oversee the branch network operations to ensure consistency in sales processes, customer service standards, and performance metrics across all locations.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

Master’s degree will be considered as an asset.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, specifically in a supervisory role.

Experience in sales training and development

Experience in working directly with a branch network.

Tech-savvy, proficient in using sales tools, CRM systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.

Adept at analyzing complex data to generate actionable insights that drive process improvements.

Deep understanding of sales principles, processes, and the customer journey.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Problem-solving skills are a must, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
