IAPONIKI S.A., a leading company in the Aftermarket sector in Greece, with a nationwide network of stores and international partnerships, is seeking Sales Supervisors for its stores in Attiki

Job Description:
Fully aligns with the sales department's operational policies and implements the strategy for expanding and developing the customer base in the assigned area.

Executes, monitors, and achieves sales, distribution, and profitability targets for the customer base in the assigned area.

Follows and applies the product development and promotion strategy for the full range of products and services in the assigned market area.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, marketing or a related field.

Master’s degree will be considered as an asset.

Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar role within the retail or sales industry.

Proficiency in the English language.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point).

Experience with CRM and ERP systems

Organizational and planning skills.

Strong communication skills.

Self-motivation.

Holder of a valid driver's license for passenger vehicles.

Military service obligations fulfilled (for male candidates).
