Position: Sales Team Lead

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of inbound sales representatives to meet individual and team targets
• Monitor daily operations, ensuring adherence to service-level agreements and quality standards
• Handle complex inquiries and escalations, providing guidance to team members
• Track, analyze, and report team performance, identifying improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives and align team efforts with business goals
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to foster growth and development
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing and deliver training to ensure the team is up-to-date on processes and product offerings
• Identify emerging trends in customer issues and sales opportunities to optimize workflows
• Participate in sales initiatives, supporting team efforts to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native / fluent in French both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2/C1 level)
• At least 1 year of experience in a same / similar, from B2B sales or customer service environment
• Strong familiarity with CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and customer support software
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to engage and motivate team members toward achieving goals
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding team sales targets and KPIs
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or management is a plus
• Adaptability to process changes and evolving business needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
• Open to feedback and committed to continuous learning and improvement
• Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 09 AM - 06 PM.
