SOFTONE is looking for a Senior Back End Developer to join our high caliber team.

The Role

We are looking for a skilled Senior Backend Developer with expertise in C# and .NET Core to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs that support our front-end applications and external integrations. You’ll work closely with front-end developers, Dev Ops, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions that drive our business forward.

Your contribution to the success of the team

Design, Develop, and Maintain backend services using C# and .NET Core
Create and Manage RESTful APIs to support front-end applications and third-party integrations
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with front-end developers and other teams to define API requirements and deliver new features
Optimize and Refactor Code to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability of backend systems
Implement Security Best Practices to protect sensitive data and ensure the integrity of APIs
Work with Dev Ops: Automate deployment processes and monitor application performance to ensure smooth and reliable operations
Unit Testing & Code Reviews: Write unit tests and conduct code reviews to ensure high code quality and maintainability
Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues related to backend services, ensuring reliability and responsiveness
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to keep our stack modern and efficient

Your Qualifications & Competencies

Strong experience in C# and .NET Core development
Proficiency in building and managing RESTful APIs
Knowledge of MACH Architecture (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, and Headless)
Familiarity with Service Bus or similar messaging technologies
Experience with No SQL databases
Solid understanding of security best practices for backend and API development
Experience working with Dev Ops teams and CI/CD tools for automated deployments and monitoring
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize code for performance

Nice to Have:
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Experience with event-driven architecture and distributed systems
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
