Senior IT Governance Consultant (PRIGC1124)

The ITSM professional will be responsible for implementing and managing IT service management processes and frameworks to our clients, according to industry best practices such as ITIL. This role will ensure that the IT services are aligned with business needs and improve overall service delivery. The ITSM Consultant will help in the creation, monitoring, and improvement
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in or lead ITSM project across PRIORITY’s clientele
- Develop, implement, and maintain IT service management processes, policies, and procedures based on ITIL best practices.
- Analyze and report on service performance using relevant metrics to assess efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance.
- Facilitate service improvement initiatives and implement changes to enhance service delivery.
- Manage incident, problem, and change management processes ensuring services are restored quickly and without recurrence of incidents.
- Provide training and support to personnel on ITSM tools and processes.
- Act as a liaison between IT teams and business units to ensure communication and understanding of IT services and changes.
- Participate in information security, privacy, business continuity or other IT governance projects
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in IT service management roles, preferably within a consulting environment.
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL framework, ISO 20000-1 and related frameworks.
- Experience using ITSM tools (e.g., Service Now, BMC Remedy).
- Familiarity with information security, business continuity and privacy concepts
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Greek and English, both spoken and written.
- ITIL certification is highly desirable.
- Experience in continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Aggressive problem-solving aptitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
