PRIORITY Quality Consultants, one of the largest and fastest growing Management and IT consulting firms in Greece is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team and support our clients in the management and delivery of their projects. As a pivotal member of our sales team, you will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving business growth.

- Building and nurturing relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations
- Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursuing upsell and cross-sell initiatives
- Developing strategic account plans to meet client objectives and deliver innovative solutions
- Overseeing project execution and ensuring quality standards are met
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize project delivery and client satisfaction
- Monitoring account performance and implementing strategies for improvement
- Preparing and presenting regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders
- Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursuing upsell and cross-sell initiatives
- Staying updated on industry trends and developments to effectively advise clients
- Representing PRIORITY Quality Consultants at industry events and networking opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or a relevant field within the IT sector
- Proven track record of managing client accounts and driving growth
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English
