The Job:
The job holder will be responsible to effectively support the operation of the Supply Chain function of the Company, thus ensuring seamless supply of required goods to the network of our stores.

Among others, the job holder will be required to:
Manage the daily ordering process to multiple suppliers/3PL to ensure on time and in full deliveries to the stores in both Greece and Cyprus Market

Provide support on ordering guidelines to the stores

Be responsible for covering stores’ requests on an ad hoc basis

Control invoices and ensure proper feed-in system data, while correcting any mistakes and proceeding to communications appropriately

Handle stores’ inventory count every month by providing data to stores and cross-checking stores’ inputs for discrepancies

Support reporting and analysis of data to facilitate improvements on cost and service management

Establish and maintain supportive relationships with customers, suppliers, and team partners to ensure effective communication of delivery and inventory issues for both regular and promotional items

Participate in cross functional teams and support corporate projects

Uses system tools to analyze inventory and supply stores effectively

Investigate opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining quality. Conduct market research for new suppliers if needed.

The Candidate:
The candidates should have:
BA in business administration, logistics or relevant field

1-2 years of progressive experience in supply chain operations

The ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing in Greek and English

The ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines, work under pressure and deal with unpredictable situations

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail

Strong analytical skills

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

Knowledge of SAP or any other ERP will be considered as an asset
