ICAP Executive Search , on behalf of its client, a Leading Global Technological Company , is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team :

Supply Chain Coordinator (5734/SCC/ESS/GR)

Responsibilities:
Responsible for compiling and distributing supply chain reports.

Update weekly reports concerning stock levels and availability.

Providing an overview of market demand in coordination with Sales and Product Management.

Analyzing stock levels and collaborating with Sales and Product Management to optimize inventory turnover.

Track and analyze forecast versus actual sales, stock availability, orders, and production schedules.

Identify patterns and potential issues through data analysis.

Oversee direct shipments, inbound logistics, and production planning.

Facilitate communication and reporting between Sales, Product Management, and Logistics.

Preparing materials for meetings to highlight supply and demand challenges, enabling quick decision-making by management.

Maintaining regular communication with all relevant parties in the supply chain, including HQ, factories, distribution centers, and the logistics team.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.

2 - 4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.

Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

High attention to detail.

Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP knowledge is a plus).
