Responsibilities
What does a typical day look like? You will be involved with:
- Job postings development
- Resume screening
- Interview coordination
- Sourcing and outreaching passive applicants
- Interviewing candidates, conducting interview reports, and developing candidate shortlists
- Carrying out very interesting employer branding projects for our clients
- Constantly growing a diverse candidate network
Basic Requirements
- At least 6 months of working experience in a related role
- Practical knowledge of GSuite Tools (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, etc)
- Ability to communicate effectively with people throughout the organization
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills
- Motivation to constantly learn and develop your own knowledge and skills
- Self-assured manner, also towards people in rather high positions
Good to Have
- Experience with tech recruitment
- Knowledge of the IT industry
