Job Responsibilities:
- Source and attract potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and networking events
- Screen and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and career aspirations to determine their suitability for internship positions
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical and soft skills
- Develop and maintain a database of qualified candidates for future internship placements
- Collaborate with employers to understand their internship requirements and provide guidance on the recruitment process
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and employers
- Provide support and guidance to interns throughout their internship experience, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and internship programs
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role
- Previous worked in recruitment agency is a must, ( 0-1)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and match them with suitable internship positions
- Proficient in using recruitment software and online platforms
- Strong Communication skills in English
