- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating job offers and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential business opportunities.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract and engage top talent.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve recruitment targets and contribute to the overall growth of the firm.
- Degree or above qualification.
- Proven experience in recruitment or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $20,000.00 per month
