An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic and international-minded department at Lalamove, we are now seeking a passionate associate member to join our team as Corporate Operations Associate. Reporting to the Senior Sales Operations Manager, the recruit will support the Corporate Operations for our Hong Kong market.
We are looking for an energetic and Operations Associate who is ready to challenge and passionate in the logistics industry.
What you’ll do

Day-to-day communication with customers to arrange and monitor daily delivery schedules and order volumes to ensure sufficient driver supply, and follow up on ad hoc requests.
Solving daily delivery issues in a most effective and cost-efficient manner, with prompt resolution of customer complaints.
Prepare monthly delivery statements and invoices to clients, and handle drivers’ payments.

What we seek

Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
Able to work under pressure with a positive mindset and can-do attitude
Strong sense of responsibility and detail-oriented with high level of accuracy

What you’ll need

Higher Diploma in any disciplines with minimum of 2 year(s) in sales and marketing or an operational role with front-facing experience, preferably in a logistics/e-commerce fulfillment environment
Proficient in MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: $13,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
Schedule:

Day shift
Night shift
Weekend Availability
