B2B Customer Service Officer (地鐵站附近, no overnight shift, 5days, 13months pay)

Responsibilities:

Build up and maintain long-term relationship with customer and provide professional customer service to key account.
Handle service requests from customers and relate the issues to relevant internal parties.
Handle hotlines customer service, provide contact service, support account groups with effective order management and service coordination.
Act as the interface for customers and internal working partners in handling complex commercial products, services enquiries and applications.

Requirements:

Diploma or above
With call centre experience
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Attention to detail, responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently
Immediate availability is preferred
