Acquisition Manager

Colife is a leading rental service offering stylish apartments and rooms with 24/7 concierge assistance. In just four years, we've evolved from a start-up into an international company, managing over 550 properties in Dubai and Istanbul. Currently, 1,800 people call our apartments home. We’re expanding to Hong Kong this year, aiming to be in 10+ countries by 2028.
We’re looking for a high-energy Acquisition Manager in Hong Kong to drive our business growth. You'll be responsible for identifying and acquiring new properties, managing relationships with owners, and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate with Owners and Agents: Secure properties by engaging with property owners and agents, effectively communicating Colife's value proposition.
  • Manage Transactions: Oversee the entire acquisition process, ensuring smooth progression from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Execute Contracts: Lead the legal and administrative processes, including drafting, negotiating, and finalizing contracts for property management.
  • Administer CRM: Maintain detailed records of properties and interactions in the CRM system to support accurate analysis and reporting.
  • Coordinate Across Departments: Work closely with legal, finance, and operations teams to facilitate the smooth onboarding of new properties.
  • Optimize Processes: Develop and implement streamlined procedures for property acquisition and management.
  • Analyze Properties: Evaluate market trends and property characteristics to refine acquisition strategies.
  • Build Partnerships: Establish relationships with agents and developers to grow our property portfolio.
What you bring:
  • Experience in property management or real estate.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decisions.
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English at C1+ level.
  • Active sales experience.
  • A resident of Hong Kong for at least one year.
  • Confident user of Google Sheets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Would be a plus:
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data management.
