Job Responsibilities:
Manage the full cycle recruitment process, ensure efficient and effective execution from sourcing to onboarding

Proactively source potential candidates with various recruitment channels and manage pipelines

Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Collaborate closely with hiring managers and share meaningful market data, employment trends, and insightful recruiting advice with them

Drive the offer process, including extending offers, conducting negotiations, finalizing candidate selection, and generating offer letters

Maintain accurate records of recruiting and hiring data and execute reporting strategies as required

Establish and maintain a strong employer brand to attract and engage potential employees

Support recruitment programs and campus recruitment initiatives including career fairs, job talks, recruitment events, etc.

Job Requirements:
Degree holder in Human Resources / Business Management or related disciplines;

Minimum of 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a preference for technical recruiting expertise

Result-driven and able to work under pressure

Proven experience in effectively sourcing, engaging, and activating passive candidates

Strong focus on candidate care, ensuring a positive candidate experience while managing recruitment processes

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish ties with diverse talent groups

Demonstrated ability to develop and foster partnerships with internal leadership, effectively influencing and driving towards results

Self-starter mentality, capable of operating effectively in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity independently
