Job Description

Provide clerical and administrative support

Perform Ad-hoc projects as assigned

Manage recordings, meeting follow-ups and expedite flow of work.

Provide back-up assistance in the absence of other administrative colleagues.

Requirement:
Diploma/Associate Degree holders

1 - 2 years working experience preferred

With working experience in office administration is preferable

Good communication & interpersonal skill

Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English

Proficiency in MS office including Excel & Word and Chinese word processing

Having skill and experience in AI, Photoshop or CAD is a plus

Having driving licence 1,2 also is a plus

Five days and alternative Sat working
