Administration Assistant / Clerk (Wong Chuk Hang)

- Responsible for general office management and administrative supports
- Assist in formulating office administration procedures
- Coordinate with other administration staff including Messenger, Receptionist, Guard and Cleaner etc.
- Co-ordinate external vendors for office supplies and maintenance services
- ESG Data Consolidation and arrangement
- Maintain Corporate Sim Card records and distribution
- Facilities Maintenance (ie IP Phone/Copiers/Security System)
- Handle the Company’s reception duties and grooming to visitors
- Any ad hoc duties assigned
- HKCEE/DSE or above;
- At least 2 years relevant experience in similar capacity;
- Hands-on experience in administrative task and some Personnel & IT knowledge preferable;
- Strong sense of responsibility and detail-minded
- Highly proficient in MS applications, especially in Excel and Word
- Good Team Player and Proactive
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong problem solving skill
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
