Asia World-Expo is a world-class exhibition, convention and events venue offering over 70,000 square metres of rental space. With 10 state-of-the-art, ground-level and column-free halls including the Asia World-Arena - the biggest purpose-built indoor seated entertainment arena in Hong Kong with a maximum capacity of 14,000; the Asia World-Summit - Hong Kong's largest indoor conference and banquet venue that seats 700 to 5,000 persons; and the Runway 11 - the venue's latest conference and function hall for 500 to 3,800 guests, Asia World-Expo is Asia's only column-free, ground-level exhibition, convention and events venue which is fully integrated with the World's Best Airport, Hong Kong International Airport (World Airport Survey by Skytrax).

The complex is located at the centre of an extensive and efficient air, land, and marine transport network which connects Hong Kong to China's Pearl River Delta and the world's business capitals. It is ideally suited to hosting world-class exhibitions, conventions, concerts, sports, and entertainment events.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with SAP Project Implementation Team to understand business requirements and transform business system designs into bug-free SAP applications

Design and apply experience and knowledge of different development options to evaluate multiple alternatives and determine the optimal technical solutions

Prepare Technical/Functional design documents, training documents and provide user training

Plan and execute system integration test (SIT) / user acceptance test (UAT) to ensure all business rules are properly covered by applications

Debug code in technical area of expertise for functional and performance issues

Provide on-going support and enhancement for existing systems

Perform any ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline

Minimum 3 years of previous experience in a developer role using ABAP with SAP ECC and or S/4 HANA

Demonstrated ability to convert designs/requirements into ABAP code like BADI, BAPI, dialog programming, user exits, OData, smart forms

Experience working on development with SAP functional modules (FI, CO, SD, MM) will be an added advantage

Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori is a plus

Accounting knowledge or holder of SAP Fiori / ABAP-related certificate is a plus

Ability to facilitate design meetings with users

Ability to work independently and can-do attitude

Strong communication skills, verbal and written, in English and Chinese
