About the Role: We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Application Assistant to join our dynamic team. This part-time position is perfect for current university students who are eager to gain hands-on experience in the education sector.
You’ll be supporting the student application process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for students and education agents. With flexible hours (around 16 hours per week), you’ll work closely with our global admissions teams, providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our international student programs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with data entry and processing of student applications.
• Handle inquiries from students and education agents, ensuring clear communication and timely responses.
• Build effective relationships with university partners, peers, and INTO’s marketing and recruitment teams.
• Maintain high attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all data entry tasks.
• Manage daily workflow and ensure adherence to system processes.
• Help prospective students understand INTO’s programs and guide them through the application process.
• Perform additional duties as required to ensure customer satisfaction and team success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current university student or recent graduate.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Able to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to manage processes from start to finish.
