Assistant Digital Marketing Manager – Office Marketing

We are currently looking for a talented Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to join our Office Marketing Team. Our dynamic team is responsible for developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies to enhance leasing marketing and engage office tenants.
- Define and prioritize benchmark and evaluation parameters for marketing initiatives and digital touchpoints to drive immediate and long-term growth, covering areas such as traffic, awareness, conversion, and cost effectiveness
- Analyze digital marketing data, including website analytics, app analytics, campaign metrics, and customer behavior, to derive actionable insights and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and identify strategic opportunities. This includes translating business questions into quantitative and qualitative research, managing projects, ensuring data accuracy, generating insights, and preparing reports
- Support data management projects that involve analyzing and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Develop and maintain dashboards for effective data visualization
- Continuously monitor campaign progress and use data-driven approaches to optimize performance and achieve optimal results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure consistent tracking and reporting of digital performance across various channels
- Manage the CRM and Marketing Automation Platform, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, to facilitate targeted customer engagement throughout the entire customer journey
- Degree in Marketing, Statistics or related disciplines
- A minimum of 5 years in experience in customer research, analytics or performance marketing

- Develops and delivers communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
- Familiarity with various analytic tools/languages such as SQL, Python, Power BI
- Solid understanding of independent consumer research and analytics
- Ability to synthesize research findings for report preparation, establish and maintain accurate records and reports
- Ability to work extensively with analytics tools to provide actionable insights on marketing, business performance and trends
