Job Responsibilities:
l Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, C&B and performance management, etc.
l Review and monitor HR daily operations and provide solutions when necessary.
l Analyze and identify business demand and needs, develop effective HR strategies, policies and operation systems to support the business needs.
l Assist in various C&B programs e.g. salary review and benchmarking.
l Perform full spectrum of human resources management functions.
l Provide all-round support to HR operations and services.
l Assist in research and review of policies and procedures.
l Participate in ad hoc human resource initiatives and projects.
Job Requirements:
l Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent professional level in Human Resources Management
l Minimum of 8 years’ solid experience in full spectrum of Human Resources Management, 5 years at managerial level
l Well versed in Employment Ordinance, and related legislation in Hong Kong;
l Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
l Excellent PC skills in MS Office, Chinese and English Word Processing;
l Detail-oriented, good analytical skill and proactive
