• Degree in a related discipline
• Preferably 2 years of relevant experience
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Employees’ Compensation Ordinance and other HR related ordinances
• Hands-on experience in Peoplesoft, Taleo and Service Now, especially People Soft Query function, is preferred
• Proficiency in all MS tools, including Sharepoint, Power Automate
• Detailed-oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills and open-minded
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
