The appointee will provide administrative support to the Academy of Interdisciplinary Studies, including but not limited to the following:

• assisting with budget planning, allocation, monitoring and reporting, including daily procurement and reimbursement processes;
• supporting the planning and allocation of space, as well as monitoring space utilization for offices, student learning commons and facilities, along with record keeping and reporting;
• overseeing daily office operations, such as renovations, inventory management, and equipment maintenance;
• updating website, social media channels, intranet, and publicity platforms;
• providing logistics support for new initiatives, visits, activities and events;
• offering secretariat support to committees; and
• performing other related duties as required.

Applicants should have a recognized bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of work experience. Experience of working in tertiary institutions or public organizations would be useful but is not essential. Candidates should be good at analysing and presenting data with good mastery of Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel and Access; be meticulous, highly organized and have the ability to multi-task; be a good team player with positive and proactive attitude and good interpersonal skills; and have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
