Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with Macau laws by developing compliance policies, maintaining monitoring systems, and investigating market conduct complaints
Conduct comprehensive analyses of debt profiles for Hong Kong and Macau, identifying trends and commonalities among delinquent agents
Formulate and implement tailored debt recovery strategies, prioritizing efforts based on risk assessments and designing negotiation tactics
Engage directly with agents to recover debts, establish payment plans, and collaborate with legal teams for necessary legal actions
Prepare reports and analysis on debt recovery issues, Macau compliance policies and market conducts

Requirements :
University graduate with 5 years’ working experience in agency compliance and debt collection, preferably in insurance or financial services industry
Mature, patient and meticulous to details
Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Independent and able to meet tight deadlines
Excellent command of written English and Chinese
