Assistant Manager – Compensation & Benefits (1 year contract)

Responsibilities:

Facilitate the end-to-end compensation program (e.g. Salary Review and Bonus) through data preparation, system testing and setup
Conduct market benchmark and participate in market survey to keep track of the company’s reward program competitiveness
Support the benefit program renewal and on-going maintenance e.g. cost & benefit analysis, internal communication and coordination with vendor / broker
Perform data analysis and compile reports for management review, e.g. workforce / program effective analysis etc.

Requirements:

Degree holder in Human Resources / Business-related discipline
6 years or above experience in C&B analytics, preferably from sizable companies
Proactive, independent and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
Good communication skills to deal with different business stakeholders/ HRBP
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
Familiar with HRIS, particularly Workday / Peoplesoft is an advantage
Immediate available is highly preferred
