Commercial Banking – Assistant Manager, Corporate Wealth

Hang Seng’s Commercial Banking business provides customized one-stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from prime small and medium-sized businesses to publicly listed companies.

For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services. As a reliable financial partner, we attend to the specific business needs of our customers and provide efficient tailor-made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Manager, Corporate Wealth
Principal responsibilities

Provide general administrative support to the Corporate Wealth Management Department;

Provide investment and insurance services to corporate clients;

Perform securities dealing;

Maintain a good customer relationship and provide quality after-sales support and logistics;

Improve efficiency of operational workflow and sales support for sales staff, to minimize operational loss;

Compile periodic sales related reports, management information and performance statistics for market analysis or research;

Ensure that compliance regulations and all control measures relevant to the job responsibilities are undertaken to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank

Requirements

Bachelor degree in related disciplines or other relevant qualifications;

Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience;

Pass in HKSI Licensing Examination for HKMA RI Type 1, 4, 7 registration (within 6 months in the post);

Good knowledge about Insurance & Investment products and related operations flows;

Able to build good rapport with key stakeholders;

Able to demonstrate a high sense of reliability, trust and professionalism with clients;

Proficiency in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua and other dialects an advantage;

High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
