Commercial Banking – Assistant Manager, Corporate Wealth
Hang Seng’s Commercial Banking business provides customized one-stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from prime small and medium-sized businesses to publicly listed companies.
For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services. As a reliable financial partner, we attend to the specific business needs of our customers and provide efficient tailor-made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Manager, Corporate Wealth
Principal responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the Corporate Wealth Management Department;
- Provide investment and insurance services to corporate clients;
- Perform securities dealing;
- Maintain a good customer relationship and provide quality after-sales support and logistics;
- Improve efficiency of operational workflow and sales support for sales staff, to minimize operational loss;
- Compile periodic sales related reports, management information and performance statistics for market analysis or research;
- Ensure that compliance regulations and all control measures relevant to the job responsibilities are undertaken to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank
- Bachelor degree in related disciplines or other relevant qualifications;
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience;
- Pass in HKSI Licensing Examination for HKMA RI Type 1, 4, 7 registration (within 6 months in the post);
- Good knowledge about Insurance & Investment products and related operations flows;
- Able to build good rapport with key stakeholders;
- Able to demonstrate a high sense of reliability, trust and professionalism with clients;
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua and other dialects an advantage;
- High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
