Assistant Manager, Creative Design

- Lead the team in managing creative design projects from inception to completion. Help develop design concepts, themes, and visual strategies that align with brand identity and marketing objectives
- Contribute to the development and implementation of design strategies that support business goals and enhance brand perception.
- Uphold the branding guidelines to ensure all artworks and designs to the public are consistent
- Assist in organizing and maintaining a library of creative assets, including logos, images, templates, and design files. Ensure that assets are easily accessible and properly archived for future use.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Perform any tasks as assigned by supervisor
The Candidate
- Degree holder in Design, Creative Media, Multimedia Design, Advertising or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience, preferably with art direction and design experience and gained from advertising and digital marketing industries. Agency experience is highly preferred
- Excellent sense of art direction, graphic design, good skills on layout presentation and artwork production, strong creative and brainstorming capabilities
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, In Design, Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effect
- Possess strong leadership and sense of responsibility, positive, open-minded and a true team player
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with different parties
- Good command of Chinese and English
- Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered.
