HKMC Annuity Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Limited, is an authorized insurer to facilitate retirement financial planning through provision of annuity products in Hong Kong.

Job Descriptions:
To be responsible for daily life operations support such as new business application approval, data entry, document management, scanning, and mail processing;
To ensure tasks are completed accurately in a timely manner;
To provide office support and ad hoc tasks to the team when required; and
The employment will be on a contract basis and subject to renewal.

Requirements:
Form 6 or above with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Life Insurance Operations, preferably in New Business, Policy Administration or Underwriting;
Familiar with policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements for life insurance would be an advantage;
Good computer skill including MS Excel and Word, and Chinese word processing;
Strong sense of commitment, detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight schedule;
Fast and accurate typing skill; and
Work as a team player with good problem-solving skill.
