Assistant Manager (Planning & Development)

- Provide comprehensive professional support in market research, critically examine restrictions and opportunities on land and planning issues.
- Prepare rental/capital valuations, land premium assessments, conduct feasibility studies and financial analyses.
- Liaise with planning, environmental and other consultants to prepare associated planning submissions.
- Handle land matters including applications for lease modification, approval under lease, certificate of compliance, etc.
- Assist including coordination with internal parties, architects and solicitors on project matters etc.
The Person
- Degree holder in Surveying, Real Estate, Land Management, Property Management or related disciplines, with minimum 2 years relevant experience OR Diploma/Certificate holder with minimum 6 years relevant experience.
- Experience in valuation and feasibility studies, property development, town planning, sales and marketing of properties will be a definite advantage.
- Preferably with professional qualification of the RICS or HKIS or equivalent.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese. Good spoken Mandarin is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Windows applications, including Excel, Word, Power Point and Chinese word processing.
