Assistant Manager (Social & Elderly Wellness)

- Support the seniors in managing contract for the outsourced skilled care services in new senior housing projects.
- Support the seniors in engaging and monitoring the external consultants to deliver quality service up to corporate standard.
- Assist in conducting market analysis to advise pricing strategy of skilled care services.
- Assist in conducting information search and data analysis for strategic reviews to identify service gaps and areas of improvement of the various SEWS services (SEN, skilled care services, etc.), as well as synergy among the services for management’s consideration.
- Prepare and consolidate regular reports for management review.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor deems appropriate.
- Degree holder in Social Work/ Social Sciences/ Marketing/ Business Administration/ Management or any related subjects.
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience.
- Good organization and co-ordination skills.
- Good writing, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point) skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficient in Putonghua is an advantage.
- Experienced in project management.
- Self-motivated and committed.
- A good team player.
- Mature, service-oriented and attentive to details.
