The applicant must possess

a recognised Associate Degree / Diploma or above;
a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification work experience, preferably in educational institute administration work;
the ability to accomplish assigned tasks independently and with quality to meet strict deadlines;
a high level of integrity and a good sense of responsibility; being meticulous, attentive to details and sensitive to figures;
good organization skills, proactive working attitude and a keen sense of responsibility;
resilience and adaptability to changes;
strong interpersonal and communication skills;
high proficiency in MS Office Application (e.g. Word, Power Point, Excel, etc.) and Chinese word processing; and
excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Duties include

to monitor the application and training process of participants and control the quality on the daily operation of Urban Forestry Support Fund-Trainee Programme;
to prepare correspondences, reports and presentation files as well as any other documents;
to assist in carrying out business plan and initiatives for improving the quality of the programme, the marketing promotion of the programme and any other relevant services;
to assist in performing site inspection and checking;
to assist in the liaison with stakeholders, including government departments, trade associations, professional bodies, labour unions and arboriculture companies with regard to the implementation and development of the programme;
to provide support in CIC events and ad-hoc assignments as and when required; and
to carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Executive Director.
