Global Forwarding delivers cargo across our global network via road, rail, sea, and air. From loose cartons for consolidation and palletised cargo to moving dangerous goods and bulk commodities, we have the experience, the infrastructure, and the global network to get freight moving – across towns, across countries and across continents.
The opportunity

Assist with resources planning, management reporting, such as air tonnage weekly, monthly report, forecasting, warehouse performance.

Promote and assist to manage the team on quality program, meet ISO, CAD and KPI requirements.

Assist to build relationships with carriers that provide strategic capacity in our chosen priority markets.

Monitor preferred Carrier Programs and update superiors of their performances

Manage and lead operations for general compliance with customer requirements/ trading countries/partners (Rules & Documentation).

Support to arrange air staff training, maintain their training records, to meet industrial requirements to meet operation demand and development.
What you’ll need to succeed
-
Ability to interface with operations/ sales/ customers/ contractors at all levels and overseas agents where appropriate
-
English is the principal language for this position.

Hands-on pc knowledge, MS Excel, Word, Power Point

Excellent problem solving skills, good freight forwarding network
