Johnson Electric is hiring an Assistant HR Manager to support the HR teams for the payroll administration duties.

Your responsibilities will be to:
Handle monthly payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payments to employees, workers and interns, including final payments, MPF contribution, tax filing, etc.
Ensure payroll process and procedures are in compliance with statutory requirements and company policies
Maintain up-to-date payroll data and staff information in Workday
Work closely with payroll vendors and Finance Department for payroll processing
Support in payroll system transformation, implementation, and enhancement
Maintain accurate employee data for management reporting and analysis
Handle staff queries and provide support on payroll and tax matters
Other ad-hoc C&B / HR operations projects as required

Our requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Business, Accounting, or a related disciplines
4+ years of experience in payroll experience, with experience in using Workday System is advantageous
Solid in Hong Kong payroll admiration, previous experience in Asia countries like China, Singapore and Korea is highly preferred
Understanding of HK Employment Ordinance, HK Tax Legislation, China IIT Tax and Tax Efficiency
Experience producing comprehensive HR C&B reports and providing analysis
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong in numbers, analytical, attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proficient in Microsoft Excel spreadsheet including vlookup, pivot table, Chart Analysis and MS Office application and other HR software applications
Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
Immediate available is highly preferred
